How I market a luxury property
- Photography and video that matches the property. Buyers judge in the first three images. A million dollar view photographed badly is a two hundred thousand dollar listing.
- Reach beyond the local market. Your buyer may be in Texas, California, or Colorado right now. Syndication, targeted digital marketing, and our brokerage network put the property in front of them.
- Discretion when it matters. Some sellers do not want their home splashed everywhere. There are ways to reach qualified buyers without broadcasting your life, and I will walk you through them.
- Screening. Distinctive homes attract sightseers. I verify that people walking through your home are actually in a position to buy it.
