From Ipswich to Las Cruces

I was born in Ipswich, Suffolk, England, and I have spent twenty five years as a licensed REALTOR® on two continents. Las Cruces is home now, and it is where I have found the work I love most: sitting at a kitchen table with a family, understanding what they actually want, and then going and getting it for them.

Having moved countries myself, I understand the particular anxiety of choosing a place to live sight unseen, of trusting somebody else's description of a neighborhood, of wondering whether you have made an expensive mistake. That experience shapes how I treat every relocation client who calls me.

How I actually work

I work with my clients directly. Not an assistant, not a team member you have never met. When you call, I answer. When something goes sideways at nine at night, I am the one solving it. That is the entire reason my business runs almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients rather than advertising.

What is your time worth? I use the best marketing and technology available so my sellers reach every serious buyer and my buyers see the right homes first. The technology saves the hours. The judgment is what you are actually hiring.

The brokerage behind me

I am an Associate Broker with Patino Real Estate, a family real estate firm in Las Cruces led by Qualifying Broker Manny Patino, recipient of the NAHB Silver Award, Rookie Sales Professional of the Year (The Nationals 2020). It means my clients get a seasoned agent handling their file personally, with a full brokerage, a dedicated transaction coordinator, and a marketing machine standing behind it.
